About Dr. Kristen Jackson, PT, CMTPT
Dr. Kristen Jackson earned her B.F.A. in Dance with a minor in Psychology from UMBC and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2009. She has specialized in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine since. As an evolving athlete herself, Dr. Kristen has a deep appreciation for athletes of all types and ability levels.
Her background in classical dance has given her a unique perspective in the necessary balance of strength and mobility which she applies to her exercise prescriptions. Now a recreational long distance runner, cyclist, and yogi, she fully subscribes to the popular mantra “We don’t have to, we GET to,”when it comes to maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle! Dr. Kristen’s treatment philosophy includes developing an individualized program to achieve her patients’ specific goals, achieving this through comprehensive movement analysis, manual therapy techniques, and complementary strengthening and mobility exercises. Dr. Kristen is a Maryland native, originally from Howard County and now residing with herfamily near Salisbury, MD. Dr. Kristen enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter, taking advantage of all that life on the shore has to offer.

- Trained in Graston Technique, utilizing instruments for myofascial release

About Dr. Dan Sullivan, PT, CSCS, TPI-C
Dr. Dan Sullivan is from North Central Pennsylvania and currently resides in Ocean Pines, MD with his wife, Molly. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Movement Science at Penn State University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Dr. Dan uses a combination of manual skills and exercise programs to target each patient’s specific needs. He says helping people reach their goals and get back to doing what they love is the most rewarding part of his job.
Dr. Dan is passionate about returning athletes from injury, injury prevention, and improving performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is Titleist Performance Institute Certified.
Tiger Woods is Dr. Dan’s favorite athlete and is the reason he got into golf. Watching Tiger's dominance and, later, understanding the mental and physical strength it took to overcome his injuries to win another major is something Dr. Dan truly admires.
Along with loving golf, Dr. Dan is a huge college basketball and college football fan (WE ARE). In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and taking on new adventures with Molly.

- Dan is TPI Power Certified to add speed and yards to golfer's games.
- He specializes in sports rehab and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
- He also is certified in Functional Movement Techniques (RockTape and RockBlades).

About Dr. Trevor Hirsch, PT, CSCS, TPI-C
Dr. Trevor Hirsch is originally from Bel Air, MD and currently lives in Selbyville, DE with his wife, Jackie. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He is Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2 certified.
Dr. Trevor is passionate about empowering each person he interacts with to live their life to the fullest. His favorite part of being a Physical Therapist is to return people to the things they love while building a long lasting relationship with each client.
Dr. Trevor’s treatment philosophy is to diagnose and treat the root cause of injuries or movement dysfunctions. He combines usage of repetitive movements, hands on techniques, and individualized exercises to help each client Feel Better & Move Better.
In his spare time he loves to travel with his wife, golf, fish, root for the Ravens/Orioles, and play with his two dogs, Nova & Rory!

About Jaynah Owes, Client Care Coordinator
Jaynah is from and currently resides in Salisbury,MD. She attended Bridgewater State Unviersity in Bridgewater, MA where she received her Bachelor of Art in Communication in 2021.
Jaynahs' mission as a Client Care Coordinator is to empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives by ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support tailored to their unique needs. She is committed to upholding the values of compassion, dignity, and respect in every interaction, and believes that by working collaboratively, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
In her free time Jaynah enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dogs. She also enjoys trying fun new activities and restaurants!
